  • Damaged / defected / missing part or hardware reported after 48 hours from pickup or delivery will be considered as home damage.
  • There may be some unexpected delays, Tempo has no responsibility on the unexpected delays. We encourage our customers to use the messaging system on the website prior to their purchases.
  • For all online transactions (Including Financing or Credit Card Payment), the purchaser must be present during pick up or delivery and must provide the copy of their ID.
