Shipping & Delivery

Free US Shipping items (marked with the Free US Shipping badge) ship free to any address in the United States.

All other items are delivered within California only:

• $149 — local delivery within 60 miles of our Santa Ana showroom
• $199 — delivery anywhere else in California

Items without the Free US Shipping badge cannot be shipped to other states. If your order mixes both kinds of items, the California delivery rate applies to the whole order.

Delivery services

Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver. 

In-House Delivery
In-House delivery service provides the delivery of your items in your house. This service does not include the room of choice, set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. If your place is not a first floor and there is no elevator, please contact us after your purchase.

White-Glove Delivery
White-Glove delivery service provides the assembly of your items. Delivery personnel will place the item where you want. When it is done, all packaging and trash will be taken away.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck, we will be unable to complete delivery.
